What Makes Our Summer Programs So Special?
In our Summer program, the goal from day one is to maintain a safe, exciting environment where students all across our community learn through our three pillars of self-defense: Self-Esteem, Fighting, and Fitness, to stand up to bullies. We offer our programs to several different age groups, and we will have activities tailored to each individual age range.
We offer age appropriate training for each student. The program covers verbal de-escalation, conflict resolution, leadership, peer coaching, teamwork, and of course proven self-defense strategies!
