Children's Programs:

Krav Kids- Krav Maga for Kids teaches your child how to have unstoppable confidence, self-esteem, stand up to bullies while developing stamina, coordination and a positive winner mindset.

Teen and Adult Programs:

Fight Class- This class is designed to help all students improve their overall understanding of fighting. All levels are encouraged to attend this class. We know that for most students the class that causes the most anxiety is in fact Fight Class. It is for this reason that Chief Instructor Donavin Britt and Coach Thom Jackson have created a very unique method of teaching all aspects of fighting.

Krav Maga- Krav Maga is the most effective, real-world self-defense system originally developed for the Israeli military. Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, this reality-based system is designed to teach extremely effective self-defense in the shortest possible time while helping you burn calories and achieve the highest levels of physical fitness.

Kombat Jiu Jitsu- BrazilIan Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is the most dominant ground fighting system in the world today! It is scientifically sound and proven to be an effective method for dealing with the complexities of ground fighting. However like all systems it has its drawbacks. One of the most glaring drawbacks is found in the most common training method of using a Gi (a traditional martial arts uniform with a belt).

Strike-Fit- The biggest trend in fitness is High Intensity High Interval Training and nothing is more popular than Cardio Kickboxing. People love the idea of coming into the gym, putting on gloves and beating up the heavy bags! This is a great stress reliever and the results from the average Cardio Kickboxing class are pretty good. Well, we aren’t about being pretty good. We strive for excellence and that is why we have taken Cardio-Kickboxing to the next level.
